For day trips you can go to Collioure, Banyuls (aquarium) Céret (museum of modern art, Picasso and Matisse village) the museum of prehistory at Tautavel, a bit further into Spain visit the Dali museum at Figuéras or the charming harbour of Cadaquès. With the children you can all enjoy “Aqualand Bacares” at Saint Cyprien, or the Sigean African reserve. Few fun parks of « accroc branches » (Alet les bains, Prats de Mollo, Leucate).

In the ‘club house’, a sitting room space with library and TV. Some board games and toys for  kids are also available, as well as a DVD player, “Game cube” and “Play station 2”, and refreshments.
A small room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board at your disposal. Outside, you will find the swimming pool, sun beds  (swimming not supervised), and ping pong, ‘boulodrome…

In Rouffiac;  Grocery shop open daily, snack bar (speciality Belgium fries), fuel, newspapers. A few mobile grocery suppliers visit the village (butchers, deli, fruit and vegetables in summer). Doctor 4 times a week, Pharmacy twice a week, Post office open every morning.

For the evenings there are many restaurants with terraces (Rouffiac. Duilhac, Cucugnan, Soulatge) for lunch or as a break during your walks there are also taverns where you can find sandwiches and snacks.

In Soulatge : (4 Kms of Rouffiac) : pottery, vegetables organic farms, strawberries, strawberry jam, goat cheese, eggs, honey, pottery workshop, cast iron craft. Wine from Cucugnan, Padern, and our favourite the organic wine from « finca Narraza » produced by Corinne and Gérard Lejan who live in St Paul de Fenouillet.
Hiking or horse riding, mountain biking, paragliding from Peyrepertuse, rafting in the gorge of Aude on the Quillan road. Tennis court in Duilhac you can access as guest of “Casot de Traoucalières”.

In Cucugnan : village of the famous priest from the Letters from my wind-mill; a few craftsmen, the restored windmill where the baker produces his flour and bread, the theatre with the priest sermon and the magnificent chateau de Queribus.

In Duilhac : In summer many medieval performances with the culminating medieval festival in the castle held between the 11th and 12th August 2010.
